When Can You Return Goods to Us?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, upon receiving your item(s), you discover a fault or receive an incorrect product, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that for custom-made or bespoke items, refunds cannot be offered unless the product is faulty or incorrect. As these items are manufactured to your specific requirements, they cannot be resold.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must notify us in writing within 3 working days.
How to Return Goods to Us
If you wish to return your item(s), you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping. Returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
