As soon as your order is placed, we’ll begin manufacturing your items from the ground up. Each product is handmade in our UK factory with the highest standards. You will be advised on your delivery time closer to the product completion date. Delivery is usually 4-6 weeks.

We take great care to ensure your items leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive just as intended. However, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, please make sure it is clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery note, and only sign for the items if you are completely satisfied.

Should any item be incorrect or damaged during transit, you have the right to reject it upon receipt. In such cases, you must notify Wybone within 24 hours of delivery.

Hyda are committed to reducing our carbon footprint wherever possible. That’s why we sometimes partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order. If we’re unable to deliver your items ourselves, rest assured we’ll ensure your products are carefully transported and keep you updated every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as severe weather or road conditions.

We assume that all delivery locations provide suitable access for vehicles, including HGVs for larger orders. Deliveries are made to the ground floor at an external access point only, and drivers are not required to carry items inside the premises. We kindly ask that someone is available on-site to receive and sign for the goods upon arrival.
